Chilton Auto Body Berkeley

This location won't work on Tesla vehicles, but their online scheduling system still lets you book an appointment for one at this location. Then you show up at the shop just to be sent elsewhere, wasting your time and theirs. They were nice enough, but not a great experience.

I brought my vehicle in for repairs. The staff was very friendly and told me the repairs would take about 3 days. They called me the next day letting me know it’s in paint and will be ready by end of day. A lot sooner than expected. I will definitely use them again.

The staff here was super friendly. They helped us with pre-ordering parts for the repairs. And had the repair done sooner than expected. I’d recommend this shop to my friends and family. My dad’s car looks amazing.

Thank you to both Chilton Berkeley & Oakland for repairing my vehicle. Everyone in office was very kind and approachable. My dodge journey was well cared for and repaired thoughtfully. I appreciate the texts updates and even setting aside my lawn chairs I was able to pickup that I left in my vehicle. Everyone was pleasantly kind. Anthony, Suszie, John all staff. Thank you !

I can't recommend these guys enough, they are awesome! They took great care of my new Santa Cruz that got hit in a garage. They were super nice and had great customer service skills. They were professional, knowledgeable, smart and you could tell they know their stuff. They also kept up great communication with me during the job and had it done before expected. The work they did was phenomenal, my car looks perfect! I loved working with these guys and will certainly use them again! They are just fantastic!
